Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Defines the functionality, gathers business rules/ requirements in coordination with other teams, e.g. Ancillary, Revenue Management, Pricing, Treasury and IT.  
  • Understands customer needs through surveys, complaints, market research, user research and analytics to improve the digital customer experience. 
  • Drives improvements in user experience by working with the UX/UI Team to push digital transformation and adoption. 
  • Works with Solutions and Technical Architects, Lead Developers, Scrum Masters and Project Managers to design and deliver new features and enhancements that improve customer engagement and satisfaction. 
  • Creates user stories (and acceptance criteria) and ensures that business requirements, functionality and basic usability principles are incorporated. 
  • Maintains the flow of story elaboration, ensures that user stories are groomed and moved to ready more than 2 weeks prior the sprint. 
  • Creates the iteration plan and features roadmap on quarterly basis for the assigned products and processes/ experiences on assigned digital channels. 
  • Monitors and evaluates the sprint backlog of the assigned channel; and recommends improvements through sprint retrospective meetings. 
  • Conducts UAT in terms of functionality and business requirements. 
  • Ensures that features are working, and experiences are improved. 
  • Requests and evaluates the outcomes/ reports of the improved experiences from other teams e.g. Analytics, Ancillary, etc. and coordinates again with the Commercial Team on the next steps, if any. 
  • Ensure resolution of issues and bugs in production, through working with the ITCC and Solutions Support teams. 
  • Keeps abreast of competitor products and industry trends, look for opportunities and drive the use of digital technology to further improve the digital customer experience. 


Qualifications: 

  • Must be a graduate of a bachelor' degree - ideally in computer science, information technology, business management and similar fields
  • Must have at least 1 year experience in digital product management, business analyst roles, and the like
  • Must have experience working in an Agile Scrum environment 
  • Has a passion for mobile, internet, and other emerging technologies 
  • Usability, Product Management and Design Thinking backgrounds are a plus.
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, planning and problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills 
  • Creative thinker with a vision 
  • Can professionally read, write, and converse in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
